It doesn’t seem long since the committee sat down and discussed the 2023 Kilmovee 10 & 5K races, which at the time seemed such a long way off and here we are Sunday, April 8th @ 4.30PM and it’s all over for another year!

Well almost, here I am sorting photos over 24 hours later… Am I crazy?

Once again, we had a superb turnout and the weather was a bit blowy but because there are no hills here, that wasn’t a problem now was it?

Thanks to every one of our fab volunteers who helped make sure that your race day went as smoothly as possible, there were over 60 of them all equally as important, to everyone who contributed to the post-race hospitality, Kilmovee Community Centre, Kilmovee Family Resource Centre, the residents around the course and in the village who just had over 500 visitors descend on the village & surrounding areas, to the Civil Defence, Gardai, supporters, friends, family, our awesome sponsors Deane Roofing, Fagans Kilkelly, Duffy’s SuperValu, McHughs Wholesale, Hillcrest Bakery, and I’m sure I’m missing some, but you know who you are and we thank you – Oh, and you for attending!

We’ve just realized that we have a week less to prepare for 2024 – Saturday 30th March 2024
