There are ample water stations around the course and we ask that you drop used bottles near distance markers or to the edge of the road – do not throw them into the fields or ditches.

If you have any medical conditions please make us aware when you collect your race number.

When you cross the line at the finish we would ask that you collect your water and move away from the finish line area even if you are waiting for a friend, family, or team member it has and can get crowded – and could affect someone’s result.

Hospitality will be served in the Kilmovee Community Centre shortly after the first person crosses the line, please make your way there for the presentations and of course the legendary hospitality…

Please respect the neighbours in the estate beside the community centre and the residents along the course.

Remember to avoid using over-the-ear, or in-ear devices.

Listen to any directions of the race director, announcements and members of the medical teams, garda and course marshals
